Telford & Wrekin Council is the local authority for the Telford and Wrekin borough in Shropshire, in the Midlands. The council is an award winning co-operative council informed by the views and voices of local residents, communities and partners. In July 2019, the council adopted a new vision for the organisation to “protect, care and invest to create a better borough” together with a series of commitments to deliver that vision. Additionally, the Council are proactively supporting their climate emergency pledge with a range of initiatives throughout the county.
A wide range of small businesses are also focusing on helping with the climate emergency, offering planet-friendly products and services throughout the borough.
With thanks to the Council for supporting the development of this page, showing a true commitment to a more sustainable borough and planet.
