f you’re looking for counselling but don’t want to be stuck in a room, get in touch – I’m an outdoor counsellor based in Shropshire. Still counselling but out in nature! For other therapists I also offer supervision and outdoor therapy training too.

Walk and Talk or Outdoor therapy means I’ve some flexibility, mostly I’m based in and around Shrewsbury and Telford – specifically Wellington, Ironbridge and Madeley but other venues in Shropshire and The Wrekin are possible.
