Wrekin Soap

We make small batches of handmade soap using a method called cold process. We melt together oils and butters and then mix with lye to create our soap.  Essential Oils, botanicals, herbs and spices are added to create a great smelling and luxurious bar.

They are made in small batches so each bar of soap gets the attention it needs.

The recipes have been a result of months of experimenting, blood sweat and tears, and are all our own here at Wrekin Soap. It’s all made from scratch, and takes at least four weeks of curing until it’s ready for you.

I use “we” a lot but actually it’s just me. A local girl (or nearly middle aged) one woman show. Lots of “I” somehow sounds a little self-indulgent.  This has been a lockdown hobby which has gotten completely out of control. I love making soap, blending essential oils and hope you enjoy the end product as much as I enjoy making it for you.
