Small-batch kombucha in reusable glass bottles brewed from ingredients sourced from other local small businesses.

Kombucha is a probiotic beverage crafted from fermented sweet tea. Beneficial microorganisms thrive in every bottle, converting sugar into vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Flip-top glass bottles have been selected for longevity, lack of plastic, and reusability. Bottles are 100% reusable, even the closure and labels, and there is bottle buyback program where shops are encouraged to collect used bottles before they are cleaned and sterilized for reuse.

All of produce and loose leaf tea is purchased from local small eco-groceries and family-owned businesses.

Since the bottles are completely reusable and all food waste from the brewing process is compost, there is virtually no waste created from the manufacturing process.
