Hello Rugby Unwrappers!
It will come as no surprise to many of you that business is rather tight at present. We have therefore made the very difficult decision to give notice on our lovely shop at 66 Church Street, which we will be leaving at the end of the year.
We are currently looking for an alternative (much, much cheaper) location BUT if things continue the way they are, we may not be able to afford anywhere.
Maybe the writing’s on the wall for us, and we suppose we’ll find out by the end of December whether or not the people of Rugby vote with their wallets to keep a small, independent, eco-friendly business in their town. We know that people are facing financial difficulties at present (because we are two of those people), but if our new Prime Minister follows through on her promise to take money from Green initiatives then it is even more important for US to make changes!
So please spend what ever you can afford, trust us it helps and is noticed in our bank account. If you need to cut back we understand but please still buy what you can afford and keep spreading the word. We can’t buy new stock without you.
