Itadakizen

A completely vegan Japanese restaurant who also specialise in organic food wherever possible. When preparing the food, they take great care not to waste any, and they ask customers to do the same – appreciating it and trying not to leave any. They encourage guests to take food home if there is any leftover at the end of the meal.

Itadakizen is a branch of a National company so if you want to support local small companies it may not be for you. But it is great to have such variety in vegan food available in Shropshire.
