Charles Darwin inspired Jazz Bar with modern British food, sharing small plates & cocktails, coffee & cake in his hometown of Shrewsbury. With 4 boutique rooms above and a Darwin themed interior, our guests are invited to getaway from the crowds to drink, dine & dream at Darwins. With music every Wednesday night and Sunday afternoon, Darwins has a wonderfully modern approach to dining in the heart of Shrewsbury.

Darwin’s Kitchen takes part in the Shrewsbury reusable cup scheme. Instead of using a single use takeaway hot drinks cup you can use a Shrewsbury cup. Simply pay £1 deposit, enjoy your drink and then return the cup to any participating café to get your £1 back. The cups are washed ready to be used again.
