Pontesbury Repair Cafe

Pontesbury Repair Cafe has a group of fantastic volunteers that gather together to help repair items in order to stop them going to landfill. We live in a crazy consumer world and anything we can do to extend the life of our possessions is a great help to our planet and the climate crisis.

We open at 10.00hrs and would encourage you to bring your repairs as early as possible as we close at 12.00hrs anticipating that all repairs will be done and collected by then.

We have brews and cake if you’d like to wait and chat. Our wonderful volunteer repairers include seamstresses, plus people that can fix wobbly stools or chairs. We have fixed broken ornaments, toys, some electrical items. We’re willing to try and fix most things!

Please do come along and meet us, have a chat, bring something you’d like fixing, have a brew.
